I am a big fan of the kettlebell... I personally use them all the time. Whether it's part of a long workout or if i just need a quick and "easy" way to work my entire body and get my heart-rate up. I know some people have NEVER used one and some people who HAVE, aren't quite sure WHY they have or what's so good about them. Let me try and break it down just a little bit for ya!
